Sean Holland, Owner/ President
As our esteemed leader, striving for outstanding customer satisfaction is always at the top of Sean Holland’s list. After spending years in sales and service, he saw an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding results in the construction field for clients in need. In 2009, he and his wife finally took a big leap of faith by creating MakeMeAFence.com, and they quickly learned that doing the simplest of things like being on time, providing good communication, having a great attitude, providing a truly great product, and simply doing what you promise will lead to a thriving business! Today, Sean is an upstanding member of the American Fence Association and the Texas Fence Association. He and his loving wife Hayley have two daughters, a son, and two wonderful grandchildren. When he isn’t busy taking care of his customers, you can often find him coaching Arlington Optimist Little League football and baseball for his son, watching Martin High School football where his daughter works as an athletic trainer, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, camping, fishing, and catching local outdoor concerts.
Hayley, Director of First Impressions
With nearly 30 years of experience in customer service so far, Hayley definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to exceeding her customers’ expectations. She works hard to gain your trust from the very first phone call and make the entire experience as easy as possible – no stress required. The best part for her, of course, is getting to hear how ecstatic someone is after they’ve gotten their finished product! At home, Hayley spends plenty of time with their three amazing children and two grandchildren too. Hayley is happily married to Sean and has three fur babies: a Goldendoodle, a Yellow Lab, and a rescue. As for hobbies, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, browsing Pinterest, cooking new recipes for her family, and cuddling with the pups.
Nathan Brooks, Project Manager/ Sales
Nathan does an amazing job at making our clients happy, and there is nothing he loves more than seeing the excitement on people’s faces once their projects are complete. He’s known that he wanted to work in construction ever since high school, and over a decade later, his work ethic and passion for the field continue to shine. Nathan and his outstanding wife have a dog named Tula. Outside of working hours, you can typically find him traveling, going on hikes, hunting, and fishing. Funny enough, he writes and throws left-handed, but shoots his bow and swings a golf club with his right hand!
